The job postings were collected from the leading job board portals, company websites and news outlets. We took the information and organized it in a structured database.
While job industry, employer, and location are usually listed in pre-formatted fields, most of the information is written in the job description in plain text. Our algorithms can process millions of job postings automatically.

We can now inform what skills or qualifications are sought after in a specific job or sector, which soft skills are trending, or which industries were negatively affected by corona.
Based on our visualisation module Florence, it is now possible to see how the job market evolves every month, trends on occupations and soft skills, and compare results between districts and time windows.
The information can be accessed via interactive maps and charts.
